Bill Prokopow is a composer and filmmaker originally from Chicago, now based in Los Angeles. He recently scored the feature film Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose starring Simon Pegg, Minnie Driver, and Christopher Lloyd, and contributed songs to Disney+’s The Muppets Mayhem, whose soundtrack hit #1 on the Billboard Kids chart. Bill’s music spans feature films, TV shows, blockbuster trailers, short films, concert halls, and rock venues across the US.

As a solo artist under the name ‘Will Post,’ he has amassed over 25 million streams, with his song Wonderlust topping the Shazam Discovery and US Charts for nearly two weeks after its feature in Netflix’s The Kissing Booth 2. Beyond composing, Bill has frequently taken the stage as a featured soloist with many of the nation’s leading orchestras, including the symphonies of Philadelphia, Nashville, San Francisco, San Diego, Oregon, and Colorado.

His award-winning short film Entrainment, which he wrote, directed, edited, and scored, has been recognized as an Official Selection at 14 film festivals worldwide, and has taken home awards for Best Score, Best Editing, and Best Short Film Screenplay.

Bill started writing music as soon as he sat down at a piano at age 5, and hasn't stopped since then. But he feels most at home when combining his classical sensibilities with the ethos of the current moment, creating work that serves the now and launches itself into the future, toward eternity.
